Ella, there are loads! Here is a good link to a map of all different volcanoes that are erupting at the moment: https://www.volcanodiscovery.com/erupting_volcanoes.html
I have been lucky enough to visit volcanoes in the USA, New Zealand, Chile, Japan, the Canaries and Ascension Island- but I have not been there when any were actively erupting.
I have only been to Mount Vesuvius, Mount Teide on Tenerife and have walked through the Undara Lava tubes in eastern Australia which are the longest in the world. The Undara Lava flow erupted 190,000 years ago. at 160 km, it is the longest flow from any single volcano anywhere in the world.

The only volcano that I’ve visited was Mount Erebus in the Antarctic. lived and worked there for a continuous period of two and a half years
