      Hi there, based on the oldest Homo sapiens fossils found in Morocco, our species have been on the Earth for around 300,000 years. But early humans date back to nearly 4 million years ago! Examples include the famous ‘Lucy’ fossil specimen which is between 2.95 to 3.85 million years old.
